  • Managed hiring, contracting and scheduling of staff and freelancers

  • Set scope of work, timing, budget, and payment terms on new projects

  • Helped lead all phases of projects including requirements definition, project estimation, creation of project plans, kick off, client meetings, status reporting and resource management

  • Management and oversight of all interactive and digital productions across three accounts, from initial agency briefing through launch

  • Worked with new business and account teams to clearly define project requirements and accurately scope projects, create project plans, schedules and SOW’s
